Payment Methods

  • Payment in advance preferred. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Check or Money Orders (mail only) accepted. Sorry, NO COD's.

Delivery

  • It is our goal to provide you with the fastest service possible. Many products we market are special order items and require 2-3 weeks for delivery. However, if all items are in stock, they usually ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. All packages are shipped via UPS or Priority Mail. Call to inquire about premium UPS or Priority Mail. Call to inquire about premium UPS Second-Day Air or Next-Day services.

Back Orders

  • Occasionally, some products may become temporarily unavailable due to a variety of circumstances beyond our control. It is our policy to ship the majority of your order together in order to hold down shipping costs. However, if something becomes unavailable for any length of time you will be notified and your order shipped in partials.

International Orders

  • Orders from outside the US must be paid by credit card in US funds only. Items will be shipped via air parcel post and the actual charges will be added to your credit card. Note: International shipping can take up to 6 weeks.

  • If you are not satisfied with any BOOK, return it in perfect condition within 15 days for exchange or refund. In keeping with policies set forth by the video industry, VIDEOS & SOFTWARE may ONLY be exchanged for another within 15 days. PLEASE, ONE-TIME EXCHANGE ONLY!!

Defective Merchandise

  • Defective merchandise or merchandise shipped in error should be returned according to the return policy below and clearly marked defective or otherwise.

How to Return or Exchange Something

  1. Enclose a copy of the packing slip to insure efficient processing.
  2. Enclose a note documenting the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Indicate what product you wish as a replacement.
  4. Carefully package the merchandise to avoid damage during shipment.
  5. Send merchandise via UPS or Priority Mail.
  6. Shipping charges back to USA Coaches Clinics are the responsibility of the customer.

  8. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your exchange.
